100% Fıxture Control
Finished bent components can be checked with dedicated control fixtures.
Leak and Pressure Testıng
Coil products are tested according to internal plans, including nitrogen testing at 350 bar for five minutes.
Mıcroscopıc Analysıs
Cross-sections are analysed at the beginning and end of each coil to inspect overlap and wall structure.
Onlıne and offlıne ınspectıon
Eddy Current testing is performed online at the tube mills and offline after production. Additional checks include microscopic analysis, coating measurement and application-specific validation.
Standards and cooperatıon
Products are developed and validated against customer requirements and referenced automotive standards. External cooperation supports technology development beyond routine production testing.
