Controlled manufacturıng across every crıtıcal step
Net Boru combines steel preparation, electrolytic copper coating, precision slitting, tube forming, contact welding, corrosion-resistant coating, inspection and finishing under one manufacturing system.
The production line supports tube diameters from 3.0 mm to 12.7 mm upon request, with core expertise in 4.75 mm, 6.00 mm, 6.35 mm, 8.00 mm and 10.00 mm sizes.

1. Slıttıng for Copper Coatıng
7.5-ton steel coils are slit into strips for the coating line.
2. Electrolytıc Copper Coatıng
Controlled coating thickness from 1.5 μm to 5.0 μm.
3. Precısıon Slıttıng
Copper-coated steel is slit to widths required for each tube diameter.
4. Roll Formıng
Ten tube mills support an annual capacity of 85 million meters.
5. Contact Weldıng
The double-wall structure is brazed using Net Boru process know-how.
6. Cross-Sectıon Control
Overlap, wall thickness and bonding are checked microscopically.
7. Onlıne Eddy Current Test
Continuous checks are performed directly on the tube mills.
8. Offlıne Eddy Current Test
Additional checks are completed away from the production line.
9. Galfan + PA Coatıng
Zinc-aluminium alloy and polyamide provide corrosion protection.
10. E-Zınc + PA Coatıng
Electrolytic zinc with PA12 or PA6.12 is applied to specification.
11.Straıghtenıng & Cuttıng
Automated lines prepare tubes to customer-defined lengths.
12. Strıppıng
Coating is removed from defined end areas for later processing.
13. Deburrıng
Tube ends are prepared for controlled assembly and forming.
14. Flarıng
End forms are produced according to customer specifications.
15. CNC Bendıng
Customer-specific geometries are produced with CNC bending equipment.
16.Double-Head Bendıng
Complex tube configurations can be formed efficiently.
17. Fıxture Control
Finished components are checked with dedicated control fixtures.
18. Packagıng & Logıstıcs
Coils and finished tubes are packed for international delivery.
