Copper-brazed double-wall tube
Double-wall steel tubing is manufactured from electrolytically copper-coated low-carbon steel strip. The strip is roll formed into a double-layer cross-section and brazed through Net Boru contact-welding know-how.
The construction is intended for applications requiring high pressure resistance and controlled forming performance.

Hıgh Pressure Resıstance
The double-wall construction provides significantly higher pressure resistance than a single-wall tube.
Controlled Overlap
Cross-sections are checked to control overlap, wall thickness and bonding.

Process control supports clean internal surfaces and consistent tube geometry.
Avaılable dımensıons and supply forms
Core production expertise covers 4.75 mm, 6.00 mm, 6.35 mm, 8.00 mm and 10.00 mm diameters. Diameters from 3.0 mm to 12.7 mm can be evaluated upon request.
Products can be delivered as coils, cut-to-length tubes, flared tubes or bent components.
